Will Tansey practices in the areas of business reorganization, commercial law and real estate. Will represents debtors, creditors and other interested parties in connection with out of court workouts and chapter 11 bankruptcies. Recent chapter 11 matters include Mesaba Aviation, Inc. and Theater Consulting and Management, LLC. Will also has a significant focus on representing private landowners and developers in connection with real estate acquisition, development, sale, lease, finance and related operational and corporate matters.

Will is a 1995 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a 2002 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.
