Joe Nauman practices in the area of general corporate law, with an emphasis on the organization, structure and operation of closely-held businesses. Joe's practice encompasses all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, corporate governance, commercial real estate, contract negotiations, shareholder/partner relations, employment issues and relationships between manufacturers, distributors, dealers and sales representatives.

Joe is a 1985 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bemidji State University and a 1988 Summa Cum Laude graduate of William Mitchell of College of Law. Joe has repeatedly been named a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine in its annual survey of Minnesota lawyers.
